The hotel of choice in New York City. Cool and clean place with amicable staff on the second shift of Friday. Unbeatable location - very close to Irish Arts Center. Set very close to all the main attractions, and cruise terminal in the really quiet area. Early check-in, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

I appreciated newly decorated and huge room in this hotel.
The room was large and with comfortable beds.

Very comfortable beds, free coffee/tea in the morning, wine hour in the afternoon, very friendly and helpful staff.
Too far from the subway. Surroundings are loud. Roof Top Bar and many cars, lots of traffic with traffic jams and horns on 11th Ave. Few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Expensive hotel restaurant and bar.

Everything was fantastic, amazingly attentive staff, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING views of the harbor. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Times Square. Besides, we were short walk to a terrific bakery-Sullivans Bakery which is 5 minute walk away and all the nightlife and restaurants in Hells Kitchen.

Staff very friendly, lobby also particularly beautiful. Comfortable large beds.
It is not said that the WLAN is free of charge. First you're asked to pay $14 for 24 hours. Only when you ask for it does the staff provide information about free coffee and tea. In general, you can always buy 'additional packages' such as music channels on TV, snacks, etc.. - no tea or anything like that in the rooms. Air conditioning is loud. Shower jet is irregular. For 170 euros a night one would have expected more here.

The place was fairly clean with a very amiable staff on the second shift of Friday. Had well-equipped and nicely decorated room with separate bathroom and a big window and a safe box.

This was actually the least favorite of the hotels I have stayed in the city. Most of what is stated to promote he hotel is untrue- the view of verizon is not /as glamorous as the city view thY sold me The room decor felt cheap like walmart. But the staff is incredibly nice and extremely accommodating, except for the doorman who opened the taxi door but watched me struggle with my bags.

Comfortable bed. Quiet in room. The roof top patio has breathtaking views of the city.
Some staff weren't very good. Sent us to a room that was in use and we could have walked in on someone when the security guard let us in (because our cards obviously weren't working). We paid for a view and had had a sliver of a poor view. The bathroom doesn't allow for privacy (frosted glass) and the sound carries through. Very pricy for a hotel that is still some what of a big chain and still not totally original (ever floor looks the same). It was also quite a bit out of the way for metro, you have to cab it everywhere. Two drinks on the rooftop patio were 32 with tax!

Relaxed atmosphere, very clean, helpful staff and the location was good. As our trip was for our 40th wedding anniversary, the concierge, Jeffrey upgraded our room. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Times Square and 3 mins from all the restaurants & bars on 9th Avenue. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a blast with my friends! The rooftop bar is perfect for sunset views, and we loved being near 52nd Street for a night out. The fitness center had everything we needed to stay active too.
We did face some rude service at reception, a downer . The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't handle our questions well about the issues we encountered.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were so helpful, gave us an early check in, made dinner reservations for us, and made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great area, 15 minute walk to times square or central park. Every staff member we encountered chatted about what were doing that day and if we were enjoying ourselves. The wine reception was a bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee every morning as we were leaving! I would definitely stay here again.
The view out our window wasn't the greatest but we were on the 3rd floor........the rooms on the higher floors offer better views of the city.

The room was super spacious with a waterfall shower, seriously one of the best features! Only downside was the noisy AC. Seemed like a battleship 🛁
